Ruby For Sun

SUN the most powerful planet.

The Sun is considered as the ruler of our entire solar system, furnishing the light and heat upon which all life depends and therefore has more influence over life than any other planet.

• Real and finest Ruby has a delicate red rose color.
• When held in hand its heaviness in weight is easily felt. It has  high density.
• A real good quality Ruby has transparent qualities and is found in a variety of crimson and scarlet red colors ranging from pink to a deep ruddy violet color. 
• When kept on ones palm, the holder can feel some energy or heat in the area of contact.
• When kept in a glass plate or vessel, light red coloured rays shall be seem coming from the stone.
• When kept in cows milk, the colour of the milk will appear to be pinkish. 

Wearing a Ruby

• Ruby should ideally be worn on a Sunday that falls in the Hora of the Sun in the Kritika, Uttaraphalguni or Uttarashhada nakshatras, under the ravipunya yog. 
• It should be set in a ring made of Gold or Copper.
• It should be energised with the recitation of surya beej mantras and worn in the Ring finger (as the Sun line is found on the mount of Sun located just below the ring finger on the palm).
• The gemstone should be of  3, 5, 7 or 9 rattis.
• Surya Beej Mantra - " Om,  Hrahn,  Hrihn,  Hraonh,  Sae:  Suryaay Nameh. " 
• After wearing the stone as prescribed above, the wearer should religiously recite 3 malas of the Gayatri Mantra, perform havan and offer respects to the Sun God, and should donate with his own hands items that are related to the Sun God like Copper plate/ utensil, coconut, wheat, jaggery and red cloth etc.  

Who should wear Ruby

Ruby  must be worn by those whose Zodiac sign or rashi  is Leo ( Sinh) or the sun's position in his horoscope is weak. Wearing a Ruby in the prescribed manner provides fame and popularity in political sphere, leads to son birth, removes poverty and imparts prosperity.

Pearl For Moon

MOON the planet.

Moon is the presiding deity of the element water, and rules over the tides of the sea. It is the complement of the Sun, reflecting its light onto the Earth.

• When immersed overnight  in cows urine or 'gow mutra' kept in a mud utensil etc, a pure and real pearl remains unaffected and does not show any signs of erosion etc.
• When immersed in a glass full of water, a pure pearl shall appear to be emitting rays through water.
• When unable to get a pure pearl, instead of wearing any spurios stuff it is advisable to wear moon light stone (chandrkant mani) or white sapphire (pukhraj).

Wearing a Pearl

• Pearl should be worn on a Monday, in the evening.
• It should be a 'purnima' i.e a full moon night in shukla paksh.
• It should be set up in a ring made of silver.
• It should be energised with the recitation of chandra beej mantra,  " Om Shraan Shriin Shraun Sae: chandramase nameh. " 
• For energising, the ring should be immersed in ganga jal and cows unboiled milk, followed by 11000 times jaap of beej mantra while standing in the hora of the moon.
• Than it shall be worn on the Little Finger.
• The gemstone should be of  2, 4, 6 or 11 rattis.
• After wearing the ring, the person should religiously give away rice, sugar, white fruits and clothes etc to brahmins.

MARS the planet.

• A true coral changes color according to the physical well-being of the wearer. It fades before the disorder in physical health is noticeable and resumes its original color when physical health is restored.

• Coral should ideally be worn early morning on a Tuesday under the Hora of Mars, that falls in the shukal pakshya in the Mrigshira, Chitra or dhanishtha nakshatras.
• It should be put in a gold or copper ring.
• It should be ritually energised by the jaap of bhaum beej mantra, Om kraan kriin kraun sa: bhomaya nameh.

• Before wearing the coral ring for the first time, immerse it in raw cow's milk and wash it in the Ganga water. 
• The gem should be of 6,7,10 or 12 rattis.
• The wearer should donate lentil, gur and money after tying in a red cloth to a Brahmin or priest. Gur should be fed to a red ox.

• A drop of water on a real gemstone retains its shape and does not spread around like water. Even moving and inverting the gemstone does not harm the drop, whereas in an imitation it does not remain a drop but spreads like water.

• A pure and good quality hessonite is light yellow in color, the color of gow mutra or cows urine, with some reddish tinge.

• A good hessonite resembles the eyes of  owl and eagle, and is not layered.
• On immersing a pure hessonite in cows urine for 24 hours, the color of the urine will change.
• Real hessonite is devoid of concentric rings of air bubbles.
• Will not have the following: dullness, roughness, hole or dents, flat, black spot.

Wearing a Hessonite

• Hessonite should be worn on a Saturday, in the hora of Rahu, under the swati, shatbhisha, aadhra or ravipushya yog nakshatras.
• It should be set up in a ring made of iron or mixture of five metals (panch dhatu).
• It should be energised with the recitation of rahu beej mantra,  " Om Bhraan Bhriin Bhraun Sae: Rahveh Nameh. " 
• Than it shall be worn on the Middle Finger of the Right hand.

Cat's-eye is the gemstone for Ketu and has a silky streak of light that moves with the turning of the stone. It is an aluminate of beryllium - a mixture of aluminum and beryllium - having traces of oxide of iron and chromium, which serve as coloring agents and give it brownish and greenish tinges. It is called 'vaidurya' in snaskrit and 'lehsaniya' in hindi. It is found in India, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Brazil, China, Russia & Burma.

Recognising a Cat's Eye.

• A pure and good quality cat's eye stone shines in the dark like the eyes of a cat. 
• A cat's eye that has three lines across its face is considered to be the most pious .
• If a real cat's eye gemstone is rubbed against a cloth, its brilliance increases.
• If a true cats eye stone is kept on a bone, it makes a through n through hole in the bone within 24 hours.
• A genuine cats eye has 2 1/2 or three white lines, that run arbitrarily through its center.

Wearing a Cat's Eye.

• Cat's Eye stone should be worn on a Wednesday, under the ashvini, magha, moola nakshatras or ravipushya yog .
• It should be set up in a ring made up of a mixture of five metals (panch dhatu).
• It should be energised with the recitation of ketu beej mantra,  " Om Straan Striin Straun Sae: Ketveh Nameh. " 
• Than it shall be worn on the Little Finger.
• The gemstone should be of   5 rattis or more.
• The ring should be changed after every three years.
• After wearing the ring the wearer should religiously give away til, oil, blanket, clothes, seven types of grains etc with dakshina to brahmins.

• A pure cats eye stone  eleminates all obstructions due to evil spirits etc, increase monetary wealth and eliminates ailments.  
• It brings strength, brightness, bravery, pleasure, bliss, prosperity and off springs.
• It not only saves a man from his enemy but brings victory over the enemy also.
• It is also said that it destroys sorrow, poverty, diseases and calamities and saves from evil spirits, hidden enemies and royal punishment.
• Lost money is found again and stays long by wearing cat's eye gemstone

Who should wear Cat's Eye.

Hessonite  must be worn by those whose Zodiac moon sign or rashi  is Pisces (meen) or the Ketu's position in the horoscope is weak.  The cat's eye gemstone should be worn when there are obstacles in business, fear of accidents and despair in life.

Sun is incompatible with Saturn,Venus,Rahu and Ketu. The gems for Sun like Ruby and Garnet should not be used with Blue Sapphire,Diamond,Hessonite and Cat’s Eye.

MOON
Moon is incompatible with Rahu and Ketu. Hence,Moon gems as Pearl, Moonstone should not be prescribed with Hessonite and Cat’s Eye.

JUPITER
Jupiter is incompatible with Mercury and Venus.So,Jupiter gems like Yellow Sapphire should not be used with Emerald or Diamond.

RAHU
Rahu is incompatible with Sun and Moon.Rahu gems like Hessonite should not be used with Ruby or Pearl.

KETU
Ketu is incompatible with Sun and Moon.Ketu gems like Cat’s Eye should not be used with Ruby or Pearl.

MERCURY
As Mercury is incompatible with Moon, mercury gems such as Emerald should not be used with Pearl or Moonstone.

VENUS
Venus is incompatible with the Sun and Moon.Hence,Venus gems like Diamond should not be used with Ruby or Pearl.

SATURN
Saturn is incompatible with Sun, Moon and Mars. Saturn gems such as Blue Sapphire should not be used with Ruby, Pearl or Red Coral.

MARS
Mars is incompatible with Mercury and Saturn. Mars gems like Red Coral should not be used with Emerald and Blue Sapphire.
